Cancellations, Withdrawals, Refunds, and Missed Classes
Students can receive a refund back to their original payment method, if withdrawal notice has been given, a minimum of seven days prior to the class start date. The refund will be for the full amount of the class registration fee minus a $15.00 refund processing fee.
Withdrawals and requests for refunds can be made up to the end of the second class of a program. A $40.00 administration fee will be charged (per person, per program). Refunds will be prorated based on the remaining classes. The effective date of the withdrawal is the date the withdrawal notice is received by Drawing House, regardless of the date the participant stopped attending the class.

If a student withdraws from a program after it has begun, the refund will be issued as a credit which can be applied towards future program registrations at Drawing House.
If a student is unable to attend a class, we will do our best to accommodate them in catching them up on what they missed during the remaining classes. There will be no refunds or make-up classes for classes that students miss.
If Drawing House cancels a class then the missed class will be rescheduled. If an entire program is canceled refunds will be processed back to the original payment method in full with no fees.
